Kaka Halwai Sweet Center was a classic brand differentiation challenge in its market, with several competitors with near identifical brand identities, leading to confusion in its target markets in which product was theirs, and which wasnt.
After a deep dive, the team completely redesigned the brand identity elements, with a refreshed and unique look that served as a clear differentiator across both traditional, product and digital touchpoints. The packaging was reenvisioned to convey richness that was yet contemporary, an important aspect in the traditional sweets market. Then came the GTM phase, with a full spectrum of supporting Hoardings, Product Photogprahy, Ad Films, and Performance Marketing initiatives that helped the audience connect to the renewed invigorated brand.
